How do I setup my mailbox in Outlook?

We make use of 'autodiscover' technology, so that in the majority of cases, Microsoft Outlook can set up your account for you with only an email address and a password.
Automatic Setup

• In Outlook, choose the File tab
• Under 'Account Information', choose Add Account
• On the Auto Account Setup page, enter your name, email address, and password, and then choose Next
• Choose Finish

Manual Setup

POP3

Username  Your full email address

Password Your email account password

Incoming Server  pop3.yourwebsitedomain (e.g. myname@website.co.uk)

Port 110 for non-SSL and 995 for SSL

Outgoing Server smtp.yourwebsitedomain

Port 25 or 587 for non-SSL and 465 for SSL

You should select Authentication required for POP3 and SMTP

IMAP

Username Your full email address

Password Your email account password

Incoming Server imap.yourwebsitedomain (e.g. myname@website.co.uk)

Port 143 for non-SSL and 993 for SSL

Outgoing Server smtp.yourwebsitedomain

Port 25 or 587 for non-SSL and 465 for SSL

You should select Authentication required for POP3 and SMTP

1. My emails don't show in the folder but the folder says there are 'x' emails in it  
2. Why can't I see my emails in their folder?
